The Chief Partners of NWPMC lead their team of more than 50 in the entire development process from feasibility analysis, design oversight, green proving ground, permit management with the local jurisdictions, and overseeing the entire construction process. Experienced Team

Patrick possesses 16 years of construction experience comprised of functional planning, design, project procurement and construction management of residential, major capital and Oil/Gas projects substantiated by strong education, hands on experience and diverse project management. Patrick is an accredited Project Management Professional and holds an engineering science degree from the University of Alaska, Bachelors of Construction Science. Patrick’s portfolio of completed projects encompass both residential and commercial clients as follows in Alaska & Washington:

Jessica holds three degrees including a Masters of Business Administration, Bachelors of Business Administration, and an Applied Science degree. Jessica is also a graduate of Harvard Business School’s post-graduate program. She is also a former mayorial-appointed Commissioner of Planning for the City of Newcastle, WA. For more than a decade, Jessica has managed both residential projects and construction projects for the Federal Government representing the following clients throughout the United States:
