Design & Construction Process
Initial Consultation
During our initial consultation, we work with you to define the scope of the project, document what isn’t working in your current space, discuss your desired timeline, and articulate budget expectations. This stage will also include a site visit to further discuss your needs and the styles and features you’d like to see in your home.
Lifestyle Survey
In order to define their needs, our clients complete a 15-page Lifestyle Survey regarding lifestyle, style preferences, desired elements and features, and additional design considerations.
Design + 3D Rendering
After discussing your schematic design, our architects will dive into design development enhancing your project. During design development, you will receive updated floor plans, interior layout, exterior façade, elevations, and much more.
Client Review
At this point, your architect will prepare to-scale floor plans, building elevations, and exterior building materials for your initial review and design approval. Although numerous decisions must be made and your involvement and collaborations will take time, working with our architectural design team will be a fun and rewarding experience.
